We do not accept cancellations or process refunds after order is shipped.

Under normal circumstances orders received by 2 PM EST will be shipped out the same day. Orders received after the 2 PM EST are not guaranteed to go out the same day.
All of our items receive free USPS First-Class shipping, with normal estimated domestic delivery time is 2-10 business days depending on distance.
You can select other available shipping service upgrades at the posted rates.
Normal estimated USPS Priority Mail delivery time is 2-4 business days depending on distance.
Normal estimated USPS Express Mail delivery time is 1-3 business days depending on distance.
